caused while pressing.

新型的標準規格(或設計)說明 Standard specification (or design):
1. 板厚調整只需依材料厚度旋轉刻畫即可。
2. 放鬆裝置調整只需依模具內導梢位置來旋轉刻畫即可。
3. 送料長度用曲軸偏心量來調整（用塊規方式亦可）。
4. 上面壓板為氣壓式（壓力可調整）。
5. 插入材料時，上下壓板由氣壓-空氣閥手動開關來操作開閉。
    潤滑系統採用自動循環給油系統，對於傳動齒輪，固定座傳動裝置，其他軸承部分均為強制性
    循環浸油，減少各部件之磨損延長其壽命且可長時間處於高溫狀態下工作。

Panel thickness adjustment can be done only by turning the graduation according to the
thickness of material. release device can be adjusted only by turning the graduation according
to the inner guide pin position of mould. feed length is adjusted with the eccentric value of
crank shaft (also by block gauge) when material inserted, upper and lower clamping plates
are controlled by manual switch operating with pneumatic valve.The lubricationsystem adopts
automatic circulation oil system, and the transfer gear, fixed seat transfer device and other
bearing parts adopt forced circulation oil immersion, which decreases the abrasion between
different parts and peolings its service life. Besides, the machine may work under high
temperature for a long time.
